In 1984, Donald Free purchased Perry’s largest real estate firm, Richardson Free Realty, originally established in 1968. With determination and dedication to our belief that a real estate company should offer its buyers and sellers the utmost in professional and caring service, Donald Free set the pace for Richardson-Free’s unprecedented growth. Richardson-Free was quickly recognized as a trendsetter in the Perry and Middle Georgia area.

In May of 1998, Donald Free merged his company with Noel Robbins of Robbins Realty and Insurance and became Coldwell Banker Robbins & Free Realty.

In 1999, Scott Free, the son of Donald Free, purchased Mr. Robbin’s ownership interest and became a partner in the company.

In 2020, Donald Free retired after over 40 years in real estate and Scott Free purchased Donald's part of the company.  This made Scott the sole broker & owner.  At that same time, the company went through one more name change in order to reflect who we truly are today and we became Coldwell Banker Free Realty.

Today, Coldwell Banker Free Realty is recognized as a leader in the Warner Robins, Perry, and Middle Georgia real estate industry with an innovative marketing approach and sales management staff that are second to none.
